At Cartel Fitness your workouts are motivating. No two CrossFit classes are ever the same. Whether your goal is to maintain or increase your fitness, lose weight, or build muscle, CrossFit and training classes are ideal. CrossFit and strength training sessions are perfect for those of all fitness levels. We also have open gym sessions Monday through to Saturday. CrossFit is an intensive all over workout that is fun and exhilarating. All parts of your body are strengthened and toned, and CrossFit is great for the cardiovascular system as well. CrossFit has increased in popularity since it was introduced in 1995 as it sculpts and tones the body, quickly increases fitness levels and is a fun and social form of exercise. Both CrossFit and Strength training gym sessions are fully supervised by our expert personal trainers.
